What makes one interior feel more exceptional than another? The difference often lies in The Last 10%: the details that make a design feel elevated and complete. Integrated light switches, wall-to-wall carpets or custom finishes — choices that have to be embedded from the start, but are easily postponed or left out. Yet they are exactly what turns a good project into an exceptional one.
In our upcoming masterclass, we'll take a closer look at high-end residential projects and the small design decisions that make the biggest difference. Not just what was chosen, but why, and how these choices were made early in the design process. Together, we'll zoom in on details such as door finishes, carpet transitions, lighting integration and custom detailing, and discover why certain choices make a project stronger.
Benoît Vandeputte (Van Damme - Vandeputte Architects) takes us through a selection of high-end residential projects, showing us how the smallest details should be integrated into a project from the start rather than added at the end.
